Thresherman's Parade - Our Sponsor's Banner will
be carried in the parade with an invitation for those
seeking a "spiritual home" to come experience Grace.

2:00 PM Rogation Day Farming Community and Animal/Pet Blessing. Followed by live musical entertainment and Ice Cream Social.

2:00 - 5:00 PM Children's Fall Harvest Festival; Open to the public; Carnival Games, Arts and Crafts, Halloween Trick or Treat gifts, pumpkin decorating, apple dunking, hot dogs, cookie decorating, prizes
and much more!

Soup Supper! Annual fundraiser from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

7:00 PM Thanksgiving prayer service followed by an
informal reception with pumpkin desserts.

1:00 PM - 5:00 PM our congregation is helping to
host the Livingston County Community Pantry's Christmas fundraiser at the Pontiac VFW Hall. Serving fried chicken and spaghetti.

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Hosting the Christmas Cantata
for Pontiac sung by the Community Choir.
The public is invited, there is no charge to attend (a free will offering is gratefully accepted as continued support for the choir) and Grace Church, Pontiac will host a reception with beverages and Christmas cookies after this musical event.
 
5:00 PM Christmas Eve Eucharistic Celebration

Presentation of Bishop Nominees (See Details on flyer in Parish Hall).

   
Nov. 9th-10th:   170th Annual Diocesan Convention - Diocese of Chicago; Election of the 12th Bishop of Chicago - Location at the Westin Hotel Northshore, Wheeling.
   
Feb. 2nd, 2008:   Consecration of the 12th Bishop of Chicago Diocese; Location to be announced.

 Soup Supper Fund Raiser got
 
 many of the parishioners joining
  the "work party" that served over
      
 300 very satisfied guests.

  The crew of chefs and assistants
 
 were the "behind the scenes" 
    backbone with many other
   
 
parishioners contributing to make
 the event the "best ever" Soup
